PTZ Controller v2.9 – Support Command Line Operation

PTZ Controller v2.9 supports command line operation to run PTZ Controller with a specified configuration file.

Format:

PTZController.exe -f "PathToConfigurationFile"

Example I:

  • Click Windows Start -> Run and open ‘cmd’.

    Run cmd

  • Type the command with arguments.

    Command Line

  • Press ‘Enter’ key to launch PTZ Controller with the specified configuration file. Moving mouse on the title to show the hint about the specified configuration file.

Example II:

  • Create shortcut for PTZController.exe in installation folder.

    Creat Shortcut for PTZ Controller

  • Open ‘Properties’ of the shortcut.

  • Add the arguments shown as below.

  • Double click the shortcut to launch PTZ Controller with the specified configuration file.  Moving mouse on the title to show the hint about the specified configuration file.
