PTZ Controller<\/a> supports standard protocol. For most PTZ cameras, OSD menu can be opened on Menu panel of PTZ Controller<\/a>.<\/p>\n Some PTZ cameras are not fully compatible with standard protocols. Just like OSD Menu function, it is not a standard rule for every camera.<\/p>\n Most PTZ cameras use Preset 95 to access OSD Menu. There also have some using Preset 57, and some may use other command.<\/p>\n You can find the exact command for it in the user manual or specification of your PTZ camera, and then add the command to the Customize panel of PTZ Controller<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
