After you order our software, PTZ Controller<\/a>, Comm Operator<\/span><\/a>, ZigBee Operator<\/span><\/a>, N-Button<\/a>, Relay Timer<\/span><\/a> series or Quick Timer<\/span><\/a> series, you will receive the registration code. Please keep it well.<\/p>\n

When you register the software, the registration code will be verified on our server automatically.<\/p>\n

You just need to input\/copy the code to the registration remind dialog and click the Register button. The registration will be done automatically as long as the registration code is available.<\/p>\n

One registration code or license can be installed up to 3<\/strong> computers, which belongs to the same user.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

If you have problem about registration, please check the list below.<\/p>\n

1. Make sure your Windows system is updated with latest service pack.<\/p>\n

2. Make sure your computer is connected with internet, and the test link could be opened.<\/p>\n

3. Make sure the code is correct. We suggest you copy the code to avoid typing mistake.<\/p>\n

4. You need to shutdown the antivirus software when you register.<\/p>\n

5. Please install the latest version, which can be downloaded on our webpages.<\/p>\n

6. For 64-bit Windows 7, our software need to be installed under the Administrator account. Please refer to the following link.<\/p>\n
