Connect Endpoints with Comm Tunnel

Comm Tunnel is a FREE software to connect Endpoints for Serial Port, TCP/IP or UDP. It will build a tunnel for endpoints.

COM2COM, COM2TCP, COM2UDP, TCP2TCP, TCP2UDP, UDP2UDP

Comm Tunnel connects COM, TCP/IP and UDP.

Requirement:

Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
.Net Framework 2.0

How to Use

1. Download CommTunnel.zip and unzip it.
2. Run CommTunnel.exe.
3. Click "Setting" button to set Endpoints respectively. The Endpoint could be a COM port, TCP/IP server, TCP/IP client or UDP.

4. Click "Start" button to connect the Endpoints. The connection status and the transferred data will also be shown in Log Window.

5. Click "Stop" button to disconnect the Endpoints.

Tips:
Comm Tunnel will save the current status before it close. It will restore the status when it starts.
Comm Tunnel can be added to Windows’ start menu. It can run automatically and start connection immediately after login Windows.

Send Data to Multiple IP Addresses with N-Button and Comm Tunnel

We have introduced How to Send Commands to Multiple IP Addressed with our N-Button and Comm Operator software. It needs create COP file (data list) with Comm Operator software for each IP address. It’s a good way to send different data to different IP address.

Here we will show you another way to send same data to different IP addresses. You need install our N-Button or N-Button Lite (30-day free trial all functions) and Comm Tunnel freeware. 

Run N-Button or N-Button Lite, select “Network” connection, and set the local IP address and Listen Port. Click ”Add Customized Button” to set the data need to be sent.

The button is created on your desktop show like below.

Run Comm Tunnel to set endpoints. The first Endpoint need to be set as TCP/IP Server to listen to the TCP/IP Client(N-Button). Set other four Endpoints to the IP addresses which the date will be sent to.

N-Button will send the data to Comm Tunnel first, and Comm Tunnel will send the same data to multiple IP addresses. Comm Tunnel only supports five endpoints for now. It will supports more endpoints in future version.

Comm Tunnel is a FREE tool to connect two endpoints. It builds a tunnel between two endpoints. The endpoints can be any of serial port, TCP/IP server, TCP/IP client or UDP. The data received on one endpoint will be forward to anther endpoint. It displays data in text, hex and decimal format.

How to Use
